I’m Jo, Director of JN HR, which I founded in 2018. Born and bred in South Wales, I understand the needs of local businesses. I have over 20 years’ experience in HR and training, am CIPD qualified in Employment Law and also have a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management.
I have been employed in both the public and private sectors including food manufacturing, healthcare, retail and central heating. Since setting up JN HR,I have provided outsourced HR services to a variety of clients including healthcare providers, restaurants, utilities and construction businesses, bathroom and kitchen retailers, gyms, health and safety consultancy firms.
As you are probably aware, employment law is constantly changing. Therefore, it is now more important than ever to ensure you have the correct resource in place to protect your business.
I provide services on both a retainer and ad hoc basis and work with businesses of all sizes.
